POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Flatland Energy Services Safety Compliance Coordinator's primary purpose is promoting occupational health awareness, maintaining and training workforce on safety policies. The compliance coordinator will provide office support in regards to safety efforts across the organization.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Operator Qualification
• Conduct and assist in new hire orientation.
• Conduct Operator Qualification for NCCER, EWN, Veriforce. Provide administrative support for our Safety Operations.
• Assist with online training (KPA), including maintaining schedule and assigning Safety training, and preparing reports.
• Assist managing all compliance websites.
• Administrative duties include taking safety meeting minutes; managing JSAs; updating SOPs and compliance websites; & tracking employee training requirements.
• Ensure the completeness and maintenance of all records, documents or reports related to assigned safety and health programs.
• May assist with preparation of reports, graphs, and presentation materials to communicate key safety statistics.
• Support location in record-keeping of Occupational Safety and Health programs.
• Supporting the development and editing of department SOPs.
• Responsible for all computer-based activities such as data collection.
• Responsible for collecting drug and alcohol specimens for onboarding process.
• Tracking corrective actions and incident data through KPA EHS.
• Reviewing important safety documents.
• Analyzing health and safety data.
• Presenting periodic safety training sessions to the company.
• Assists with online training (KPA), including maintaining schedule and assigning Safety training, and preparing reports.

Qualifications/Requirements:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:

• Operator Qualification Compliance experience required
• Operator Qualification Master Certification a plus
• High school degree or GED.
• Oil and gas construction experience a plus
• Strong communication skills to relay information more effectively to others within an organization.
• Problem-solving skills
• Time management skills
• Proficient with computers and technology is required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
