Inventory Control Analyst (Salary Range: $50,000 – 65,000)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist for a medical device company in Austin, TX. This role will focus on managing shipping, receiving, and inventory of clinical and demonstration products, as well as assisting with administrative and customer support tasks to ensure seamless daily operations.


In addition to having 1-2 years of inventory control or administrative experience, the ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, proficiency in inventory management systems, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the shipping and receiving of clinical and demonstration products, ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders.
  • Conduct inventory counts and manage field demo inventory, as well as coordinate transfers between storage and the office.
  • Maintain stock levels for shipping materials, clinical supplies, and office necessities.
  • Assist with customer support tasks, such as triaging emails, managing the customer experience inbox, and assigning cases in Salesforce.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, handling logistics for sales and internal team activities.
  • Support general office management by organizing supplies, managing office space, and ensuring overall office upkeep.
  • Prepare and process administrative tasks like expense reports, travel arrangements, and marketing material shipments.


Client Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, shipping/receiving, or administrative support, ideally within the medical device or healthcare sector.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs and handle inventory-related tasks.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for shipping and receiving responsibilities.
