Pay: Open to negotiate

Location: Big Spring, TX, 79720

- per diem is available for qualifying candidates

Duration: 2-3 year long contract

Schedule: 40 hrs Mon-Fri , but may be on call as needed

Responsibilities:

• Daily permit compliance and adherence to safety protocols
• Personal H2S exposure program creation and project management support
• Safety program auditing in the field, permit auditing
• Safety program mentoring with company and contractor groups
• Unit outage safety personnel support
• New employee onboarding support - presentation skills

Requirements:

• Ideally looking for previous experience working in a refinery for at least 7 years.
• Bilingual is preferred
• Preferred: Associate Safety Professional (ASP) or Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
