Join a dynamic team dedicated to providing best-in-class Leave of Absence, Disability, and employee services. As part of the My HR Live Support team, you will ensure accurate, consistent, and timely responses to employee inquiries globally, including the US, EMEA, Canada, and LATAM regions. You'll work closely with HR Business Partners, Benefits, Stocks, Payroll, Talent Management, and Operations partners to deliver a world-class employee experience.
Responsibilities
Take ownership of employee contacts ensuring each inquiry is resolved with a high degree of problem-solving and customer focus.
Receive and resolve inquiries primarily via phone, chat, and emails, acting as the first point of contact for Leave, Disability, and related inquiries.
Resolve inquiries by referring to available documentation and escalate when necessary.
Build customer trust through empathetic, personalized conversations and adjust case management plans as needed.
Respond to employee-impacting issues during leave events, ensuring proper communication and documentation.
Use judgment, critical thinking, and rationale to balance process adherence with employee needs in disability, leave, and accommodations requests.
Collaborate with partner teams to resolve cross-functional issues and update policies.

Work Environment
This is a 100% remote position. Candidates must have a dedicated workspace in their residence to perform their duties effectively. Expect to be on camera during the training and nesting period. The role operates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment offering fantastic opportunities to gain corporate and HR-related experience.

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, Washington.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
