C&W Services - - Responsibilities: Perform interior cleaning of the building including waste removal, vacuuming, dusting, restroom restocking, and window cleaning; May perform exterior cleaning and basic maintenance such as cleaning walls, windows, parking areas, and landscaping tasks; Assist with minor maintenance and repairs including painting, bulb replacements, and simple plumbing; Assist with inventory control, supply ordering, and snow removal; Report safety issues and malfunctions to management promptly
