Taco Bell - - Responsibilities: Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations and step in during GM's absence; Sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members with a focus on equity, inclusion, and belonging; Assist with Profit & Loss management including cash control, security procedures, inventory maintenance, and labor management; Review financial reports and take actions to optimize performance; Maintain high food safety standards and health standards, and oversee Shift Excellence responsibilities
