Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and/or emergency response activities at a retail location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and support security-related operations.; Monitor entrances, exits, high-traffic areas, and/or point-of-sale locations to help address unauthorized activity, policy violations, and customer or associate assistance needs.; Carry authorized armed equipment in accordance with post orders, Allied Universal standards, and applicable laws, while maintaining professionalism during interactions with customers, associates, and first responders.
