Qualifications
Education

Required
o
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
Experience:
•
Preferred
o
One year of experience in Public Contact Work
o
Completion of one year of an approved Security Officer Training Course
Certification/Licensure:
•
Required
o
Valid Texas Driver's License
o
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
•
Must obtain within ninety (90) days of start date
o
Level III SAFE Training
•
Must obtain within ninety (90) days of start date
o
Level II Security Training Licensure with authorization from the State of Texas
•
Must obtain within sixty (60) days of start date. If failure to obtain certification will be subjected to termination.

Level III Security Training Licensure with authorization from the State of Texas

Must obtain within (6) months of start date. If failure to obtain certification will be subjected to termination. Recertification is required every two (2) years.
